Elaborate Tyrolean architecture, traditional natural materials and privacy characterize the 5 lodges in this fantastic sunny location. With the demand for perfection down to the smallest detail and in harmony with nature, ingenious room concepts have been created. It was furnished with Italian designer furniture from Minotti, Flexform and Poltrona Frau, a custom-made kitchen from ST-ONE Design including appliances from Gaggenau & Bora. When selecting the materials, great importance was attached to the highest quality and sustainability. Different types of loden, leather and linen characterize the interior design, the Skyframe Minimal windows ensure a maximum view, and local raw materials such as wood and natural stone were used for the outdoor facilities.

The lodges are the ideal place to break out of everyday life and to get together with family and friends! The living areas with exposed roof trusses made of reclaimed wood and a fireplace are open plan and give a homely atmosphere, bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with sanitary facilities from Gessi and Antoniolupi, the high-quality walnut sauna comes from Klafs, the elevator leads over all floors, the latest building technology (including Comprehensive WiFi & BUS system, alarm system with outer skin protection, automatic living room ventilation on the ground floor, air conditioning in the attic, gentle floor cooling in all living rooms, heating using environmentally friendly geothermal energy), spacious garages etc. are a matter of course. Each of the five lodges has numerous private terraces, outdoor seating and balconies.

The "GAMS Lodge" offered here is already furnished and equipped ready for occupancy: the ground floor includes the entrance area with an attractive foyer and direct access to the double garage including a practical sports wardrobe, two spacious suites each with their own bathroom and a sunny garden in front, a utility room and the guest toilet as well as the building services. A lift or stairs lead to the next floors, the dining and kitchen area is open plan with exit to the balcony, there is also a dining area, the master sleeping area with a spacious bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and private spa including sauna. The living area with exposed roof truss, open fireplace and adjoining patio was set in scene in a very sophisticated way in the form of a gallery - fantastic views are guaranteed from all levels. The total area inside is approx. 301 m².
