Just before completion, the “Adler Lodge” apartment complex in Kirchberg was awarded the Climate Active GOLD rating by the responsible Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment and Energy! 

The energy efficiency and quality of execution as well as key aspects of comfort and health were assessed.

This makes the Adler Lodge the first residential complex in the Kitzbühel district and the second in the whole of Tyrol to be awarded this declaration. It stands for sustainable construction in accordance with the developer's motto “green-smart & more”.
