We are very pleased that we can welcome the first new owner with the successful placement of the top 6. The ADLER LODGE construction project in Kirchberg with a total of 16 apartments has now been completed and the apartments are ready to move into. 

Just before completion, the “Adler Lodge” apartment complex in Kirchberg was awarded the Climate Active GOLD rating by the responsible Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment and Energy!

The completion of the shell construction for the 16 apartments was celebrated with a proper first party with all the trades involved.

The construction of a total of 46 units in different sizes is progressing, completion December 2023.

Demolition work on the old building began at the end of March 2022, and the demolition material will be disposed of separately.

The successful project "Sonnberg Suites" in Kirchberg was completed with the sale of the last unit.

The building permit has been issued, construction work will begin in February/March 2022, and the building will be constructed according to climate-friendly standards.
