Four luxury chalets of different sizes were built on a plot of approximately 2,209 square meters at the foot of the ski slope. They all have in common the fantastic view of the mighty Wildes Kaiser mountain range opposite and the perfect location for ski bunnies and piste freaks - the entrance to the next mountain railway is practically on the doorstep.
The Kaiser Lodges are four exclusive ski-in/ski-out chalets on a shared underground car park in an elevated position above the village center of Going am Wilden Kaiser.

The entire interior work was carried out by carefully selected companies that represent the same values, quality standards and service orientation as the project developer. Each of the custom-made carpenter kitchens by long-established craftsmen from Austria offers Gaggenau appliances and an additional service area, also equipped with Gaggenau appliances. The living rooms are characterized by the sought-after exposed roof trusses made of old wood, and open fireplaces create a particularly homely atmosphere. The exclusive furnishings include designer brands such as Minotti, Henge07, Living Divani, along with decorative lighting from Henge07 and Bocci. The solid oak floors come from a local boutique manufacturer.
Each chalet offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a private sauna and a private wine cellar. Lodges 1 and 2 also have a cinema.
In a general area, residents of the Kaiser Lodges have access to a professionally equipped fitness studio and a massage room.
For enjoyable hours outdoors, each chalet has balconies, terraces and private gardens.
Both electrical and plumbing equipment is of the highest standard, with Dornbracht and Antoniolupi products installed by the most reliable local service providers. The latest technology with WiFi, KNX-BUS and Sonos system is just as obvious as heating via an efficient heat pump based on geothermal energy, underfloor heating and/cooling with individual room control and private elevators on all floors.
Each of the four chalets is assigned three to four underground parking spaces; one of which has a charging station for e-mobility.
